Matthew Magnotta

Matthew Magnotta is Co-Founder and Co-Owner of VUE Christie's International Real Estate Park City, and one of the Intermountain West's most trusted luxury advisors. Since 2010, he has closed more than $1.3 billion in residential sales and nearly $90 million in land, and was ranked #5 nationally at Berkshire Hathaway in 2022.

Matthew serves as Director of Sales for several of the region's premier mountain developments, including Founder's Place Deer Valley and The Havens at Deer Crest (both East West Partners), Red Ledges Private Club, and The Slope at Hyatt Andaz. His earlier work spans Talisker Club, One Empire Pass, and Waldorf Astoria Park City.

A former collegiate golfer and PGA Class A Club professional, Matthew relocated to Park City in 2010 and built his practice on discretion and genuine expertise. He welcomes referral relationships grounded in trust and shared care for the client.
